<strong>Answer:</strong> When the weather starts to get cool you will need to removed the hose from the faucet and turn the water off to the faucet on the inside of your house, then go outside and turn the faucet on and let it drain down and then turn the faucet off.</p>

<strong>Answer:</strong> The blades on your disposal may be jammed.  If you look under the sink on the very bottom of your disposal there is a small hole in the bottom.  Take the small wrench that came with your disposal and insert it into the hole and turn it back and forth, this moves the blades and will free up the jam.  There is also a reset button you can push.</p>
